If you purchased fuel, you MUST submit the fuel reimbursement form. CAA reimburses for fuel up to the rate as posted on the CAA website under the Fleet and Rates page. Ramp, overnight, and other fees are the responsibility of the pilot/renter and are not reimbursable.

I understand that CAA staff will conduct a post-rental aircraft inspection and any damage found will be the responsibility of the last pilot/renter to have flown the aircraft.

For split flights and for multi-leg trips, each pilot must submit a separate check-in with their times at the end of the leg in which they are the Pilot In Command (PIC). Any damage not previously reported will be the responsibility of the last pilot to fly the aircraft.

Certification: I understand that I will be responsible for any aircraft damage found after my rental and agree to immediately reimburse CAA for any costs incurred due to my rental/operation of the aircraft. I further understand that any damage found shall be my responsibility unless such damage was reported in writing prior to my rental/flight.
